Lane splitting which is the practice of riding a motorcycle in between cars in slow moving or stop traffic is not expressly permitted in the state of New Jersey we advise all riders to follow the rules of the road no matter what even if conduct is not expressly prohibited because it may result in citations or sanctions or even additional injury.
