My name is Clark Rosen Garden. I am an associate attorney at Meirowitz and Wasserberg. I am admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. I have also received permission from courts across the country to appear in individual cases on behalf of injured individuals. I am also accredited by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as a VA benefits claims attorney.

For over 10 years, I have had the privilege of representing veterans, union members, tradesmen, firefighters, farmers, and other individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer and other diseases due to exposure to asbestos and other harmful products and materials. Additionally, in situations where the person who became sick is unfortunately no longer living, I have represented their families who have brought claims on their behalf.

In representing each of my clients, I always take the time to speak with them and hear about them and their family’s stories and cases. From this, I can thoroughly investigate and work up their case and pursue all available avenues of compensation for them.In doing so, I regularly travel across the country to meet my clients at their homes, hear about their work history, their service in the military, and their stories. Indeed, talking to and meeting with my clients and investigating their cases, in order to thoroughly work them up and pursue all available avenues of compensation, is my favorite part of my work.

Clark Rosengarten is an attorney in Meirowitz & Wasserberg’s New York City office where he focuses his practice on representing individuals and families in asbestos, mass tort and personal injury litigation. Mr. Rosengarten enjoys meeting with each of his clients and their family members and hearing their life stories. He is committed to leaving no stone unturned in obtaining justice for each of them during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
