Mr. Wasserberg is originally from Houston. Memberships throughout his career include the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.
In 2004, he was admitted to practice law in Texas. He is also licensed in the Southern District of Texas.
His practice privileges were extended to the State of New York in 2010. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of NY.
Mr. Wasserberg was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey in 2018. In 2020, he was admitted to practice in the state of Illinois, including the Northern District of IL.
As of 2026, he is also licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
Mr. Wasserberg’s ongoing licensure in different states exhibits his commitment to the firm and its clients. There are no plans to slow down: The firm is growing and wants to be in a position to champion the right causes by helping as many people as reasonably possible.
Mr. Wasserberg holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, as well as a Business Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University.
