My name is Melissa Reitberg, and I’m an attorney at Meirowitz and Wasserberg. One of the most common questions we get asked by people who are considering pursuing legal action in light of an unfortunate sexual assault incident is, “Will people know if I file a lawsuit? Will my friends know? Will my family know? Will people at work know that I was sexually assaulted and that I’m pursuing legal action?”
