Meet Attorney Daniel Wasserberg from Meirowitz & Wasserberg

Hi my name is Daniel Wassaerberg, I’m a founding partner at Meirowitz and Wasserberg, LLP. We have a few different practice areas at the firm; one of them is a national asbestos practice it’s my job to oversee and run the day-to-day on the asbestos practice, I am licensed in Texas, New York, New Jersey and Illinois. We have lawyers licensed all around the country and we work with other lawyers who are not at our firm who are licensed around the country. We prosecute cases everywhere in America and we sometimes have cases that are from overseas as well. I’m originally from Texas and I practice in New York and beyond and I really enjoy representing people who have been harmed either by the negligence or reckless behavior of others who were injured through no fault of their own.
