Robert A. (Bobby) Greenberg, Senior Counsel, has over 50 years of trial and injury law experience. A graduate of The American University (BA) and Rutgers Law School, he served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Norman Heine of the New Jersey Superior Court, followed by two years in the Office of the Camden County (NJ) Prosecutor. First assigned to Juvenile Court, Bobby formed the first Child Abuse Prevention Unit in the County and with his team, visited every hospital emergency room in the County to teach them their responsibilities to these victims. Later, he moved to a Trial Team and tried everything from simple assault to homicide cases to juries.
In private practice, Bobby has represented thousands of clients in both Criminal Defense and Plaintiff’s Personal Injury matters, achieving Certification as a Trial Attorney from the New Jersey Supreme Court Board in both Civil and Criminal Law, a distinction held by very few lawyers. He has tried hundreds of cases to juries, ranging from slip & fall and automobile accidents to medical negligence, birth trauma and catastrophic injury cases, obtaining significant compensation for victims of negligence.
Bobby has been a Master of the Camden County Trial Advocacy Inn of Court, teaching trial techniques and methods to select lawyers. He has lectured for County and State Bar Associations and for the New Jersey Association for Justice on trial law. He is a current member of that Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. He is proud to be a part of the M&W Personal Injury Team.
