Jason Yampolsky is a seasoned litigator in Meirowitz & Wasserberg’s Pennsylvania office. Mr. Yampolsky focuses on matters involving personal injury, negligence, product liability, premise liability, and employer liability. He has represented clients across the country, and has litigated claims in Delaware, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and in federal court.

Mr. Yampolsky began his career as a prosecutor in New York City, where he oversaw complex investigations and had an impressive streak of trial wins before representing injured plaintiffs at two prominent New York City law firms. Mr. Yampolsky then moved back to his hometown of Philadelphia where he continued fighting on behalf of his injured clients. Mr. Yampolsky aggressively litigates each one of his cases, but he is also a skilled negotiator and has extracted millions of dollars from negligent corporate defendants. Mr. Yampolsky strongly believes that his role also includes being a compassionate confidante, and the close relationships he forges with his clients often continue long after their cases have been resolved.

Mr. Yampolsky graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He attended law school at American University, Washington College of Law, where he was awarded a merit-based scholarship for his trial advocacy skills. He also served as the Publications Editor for the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law. Mr. Yampolsky graduated magna cum laude from his law school.

He lives just outside of Philadelphia with his wife, son, and daughter.
