Chanté D. Mercurius serves as Estate Counsel in the Estates Department at Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, where she handles estate matters arising from personal injury and wrongful death cases.
In her role, Ms. Mercurius works to address estate-related issues following a client’s passing, including assisting with the appointment of fiduciaries, navigating probate and administration proceedings, and coordinating court approvals when required. She works with litigation teams, outside counsel, and fiduciaries to help ensure that matters move forward efficiently and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Ms. Mercurius has experience handling multi-jurisdictional estates, court-supervised proceedings, and matters involving minor or otherwise protected beneficiaries.
